Savin’ is evolving to comply with customs regulations

From March 3, 2026, your app will be updated.
We’ll guide you step by step to understand these changes.

What’s going to change?

Partner stores:

Thanks to the agreement we have with these stores, Savin' automatically generates the invoice for you.No additional steps required on your part.

The receipt is enough!

Non-partner stores and e-commerce:

For purchases made in non-partner stores or online, you will now need to provide the receipt + an invoice issued with Savin's details (11 chemin de l’industrie, 06110 Le Cannet).

These documents are essential for the tax refund to be validated by Customs.

Why these changes?

These adjustments are part of the modernization of customs procedures in France, involving regulatory changes. Starting from March 3, 2026, new measures will be implemented to further simplify the process and strengthen the fight against fraud.

What this means for you:

Customs will still require a receipt and an invoice to validate the tax refund.

  • Thanks to our partnerships with our partner stores, you will only need your receipt. We will automatically generate the invoice for you.
  • For non-partner stores and e-commerce, you will need to provide the receipt and an invoice with Savin’s details.
