Customs regulations are changing: your Savin’ app is adapting.
Starting September 1st, 2026, new customs requirements will come into effect.
As part of this update, your app will be updated to remain compliant with these regulations.
We guide you step by step to help you understand these changes.
What’s going to change?
The receipt is enough!
The changes will primarily affect the purchase receipts required to process your tax refund request with Savin’.
Purchase order + invoice in Savin's name
For purchases made online, you must now provide a purchase order + an invoice issued in Savin’s name and with Savin’s details.
The purchase order must include: order number, purchase date, the store’s name and full address, and the total amount including VAT of the items ordered.
Depending on the retailer, this document may also be called an order summary (Veepee), an order confirmation (Amazon), an order receipt, etc., as long as it includes all the required information.
These documents are essential for the tax refund to be validated by Customs.
